Privacy notice

Scope

This notice covers the public AgentLab website, the free process-audit request, and operational email delivery of that request. The first release has no accounts, payments, or customer dashboard.

Information we receive

We receive the information you provide in the audit form to assess the request and contact you. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, financial information, or other sensitive data.

• Full name, company, and required phone number
• Optional email address
• A description of the process you want to automate
• Locale, consent version, and technical submission time
• A short-lived HMAC key made with a server secret instead of storing a raw IP address for abuse prevention

Purpose and legal basis

The information is used to assess the process, communicate an appropriate next step, limit abuse, and investigate delivery failures on the basis of the information and consent you provide voluntarily.

Analytics consent is separate from the audit request. Refusing optional analytics does not restrict the site or the form.

Storage, security, and retention

Lead data is stored in a TLS-protected self-hosted PostgreSQL database and an outbox record is created for delivery. The outbox does not duplicate PII as a payload. Operational email is sent through the Resend adapter to the configured company inbox.

Lead records are deleted by a daily retention job after 12 months. Encrypted off-host backups also expire under the corresponding retention policy.

Rights and contact

You can use the website contact channels to request access, correction, deletion, and other applicable rights. Identity verification may be required to respond safely.
